Sweet potato puree for the Yummi Pouch

Ingredients:

– As many sweet potatoes as you wish

Directions:

Place  sweet potatoes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake for approximately 1.5 hours until a fork can easily go through the skin. Remove and let cool.

Pour into Yummi Pouch. Enjoy!

Variation: you can use any vegetable that is easily pureed. I’ve used butternut squash and acorn squash. My son loves both!
